SUPPORT REQUEST 

Thank you for choosing Artistic Design & Entertainment.  Our goal is to provide you with excellent support.  We will begin working on your request in the order it was received during our normal support hours of 9am-4pm PT Monday-Friday excluding holidays.  If you need after hours support we have membership options available here.

STANDARD SUPPORT RATES

ON-SITE SUPPORT: $195 per hour ($250 First Hour Minimum)

REMOTE SUPPORT: $100 per case
